When I started introducing solids to my son, Wyatt, at 5 months old, he ate everything I put in front of him. All fruit, beans, hummus, pasta, carrots and peas, potatoes, sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash. I did have a problem getting him to eat green vegetables, so I improvised and gave him Raw Generation green juices. And to my delight he loved them!

But as he got older, and especially after he learned he could say no (and he meant it!) the number of foods he would eat gradually shrank down to just a couple- chicken nuggets being the main source of calories for him.
On the days he drank a juice I felt better, because I knew he was getting much needed nutrients. This was the spark that eventually lead to the creation of Little Sippers.
As both of my kids were attracted to anything brightly colored (as many kids are) and learned the colors of the rainbow very early on, we decided that this would be a fun way to get a wide variety of fruits and vegetable into picky eaters.
